Dr. Kenneth Alvin Solomon, IRSA Chief Forensic Scientist, has mediated five to ten legal cases per month since 1995. Moreover, between 1995-2015, Dr. Solomon has arbitrated in excess of 1,000 cases. As an active member of the Pro Bono Panel for Los Angeles Superior Courts, he has utilized his technical skills in Accident Reconstruction, Biomechanics, and Human Factors to resolve several thousand legal cases. The areas covered have included all forms of transportation accidents, premises liability, industrial accidents, recreational accidents, and products liability.
