In an accident, loss wages and capabilities refers to the income you would have received from your employer and the skills that you were able to perform. This period includes from the time of the accident to the date of settlement or judgement.
We assess an individual’s skills, abilities, and qualifications (pre and post injury) to determine whether he or she can return to work, relocate to a new position, or continue employment at all.
We provide a detailed written report that demonstrates an individual's loss/potential earnings and current monetary capacity. We also include the individual’s employment limitations and/or adeptness.
CASE EXAMPLES
Plaintiff A., a Laborer, was injured on the job by a wrecking ball while using a porta potty. Plaintiff A. sustained chronic neck, shoulder, arm, and knee injuries. We interviewed the plaintiff in order to obtain a full assessment of his professional capabilities and capacity as well as calculated Plaintiff’s loss of earnings by reviewing past pay stubs and tax returns.
Plaintiff T., a School Administrator, was struck by a bus crossing the street. Plaintiff T. endured bodily injuries. Retirement, wage documentation, and insurance benefits were calculated alongside reviewal of the medical reports, and communication and testing of the Plaintiff’s verbal abilities. We determined that Plaintiff T. was unable to perform her typical duties, and as a result, could not return to work.
Plantiff P., a Construction Worker, was injured on the job, and suffered back, spine, and knee issues. We determined his monetary loss based on his skills, abilities, qualifications, duties, and injuries.
